Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs everything you submit to the Service — including essays, task responses, and audio recordings processed by our AI writing and speaking feedback tools. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to it.

2. Prohibited content

You must not submit, upload, record, or transmit any of the following through the AI feedback tools:

• Sexually explicit or NSFW material — including pornography, erotic content, sexual solicitation, or content sexualising minors (which we report where required).
• Unlawful content, or content that promotes illegal activity of any kind.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that demeans or targets people based on protected characteristics.
• Violent, gory, or extremist content, including terrorism promotion.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or links designed to harm or deceive.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Personal data of third parties (e.g. someone else's private information) submitted without their consent.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to manipulate, resell, or fraudulently present AI-generated scores as official IELTS results.
• Automated scraping, bulk abuse of free checks, or circumventing quota limits with multiple identities.
• Interfering with the Service's operation, probing for vulnerabilities, or exceeding authorised access.
• Using the Service to provide a competing grading service or to train models on our outputs without written permission.

4. Enforcement

We may review submitted content for compliance with this policy (automatically or manually). Violations may result in content removal, quota suspension, account termination, and, where legally required, reporting to authorities. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors — are escalated without warning.
